Hamilton Continuing Care Center is a 180-bed nonprofit facility that includes a 28 bed Memory Care Unit, a 35-bed Short-Term Rehabilitation Unit and a Long-Term Care Unit. We are located in Hamilton, New Jersey. Our facility offers a variety of care options in a suburban setting.
